To buy or lease, yes. For any service other than basic maintenance for a vehicle, no. I’ve had three different service writers now. Each have proven inadequate (communication, knowledge, customer centric or being timely). Can not say how many service techs have been involved in the up keep of my vehicle. The service department is served by many friendly people. Jason especially is helpful and thorough.
My friend took her car ian envelope n for repairs. When she got her car back, there was a strip of white paint along the bottom of the car and she had $170 dollars in gift cards stolen out of the console. Now, the company won't return her calls. NEVER go there!
Everyone was so nice and they made it easy for us to pick our car out and explained everything to us, answered questions etc. Thank you Brian Hill for all your help!
It was easy to drop off the vehicle. The service rep went over the work that was needed to be performed and asked if I need a ride home to if I wanted to wait. I car was ready when promised.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
My service was fast and professional. I appreciated the workers wearing masks and having everything clean too. They fixed my recall on car and I was out of there in a timely matter.
I bought a used car today at autonation and I had an amazing experience! Dave Solomon was my salesman and mike did financing, they were both so awesome and I will definitely be coming back to buy my next car from them! 10/10 recommend Westlake Autonation!
