I find it easy to make an appointment and the wait for work to be completed is reasonable. I had Frank Vega complete my oil change and safety check. He came out and talked to me about the Flex being ready to go and also everything looked good. Always nice to hear that from the technician who works on your car.

I was told my car should be done by 4 pm when I dropped it off at 930 am At 5 pm I called to inquire about it and was directed to a voicemail At 6 pm after no call back I spoke with cashier who said that the service team working on my car left early and did not work the next day (Dropped off on Friday) On Monday at 1pm I called again and was again directed to a voicemail I got a return call at 4pm stating my car would be looked at in the morning In the morning I got a call trying to sell me a bunch of work ( I brought my car... read more
