Purchase a vehicle end of may still waiting on my refund for warranty they put on without my knowledge and iam being charged interest each day by my auto loan place, liars’ theirs.

I have been an AutoNation customer for more than 15 years and I am sad to say that I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. My salesperson has not returned my emails or my phone calls in the last 2 months. I tried calling and requesting a sales manager today and was forwarded into a voicemail I then just hung up with frustration and didn't leave a message; now I'm taking my business elsewhere. I was looking to trade in my car yesterday on a new Ford Fusion Hybrid. The process not smooth and pleasant for an established customer. It took over four hours to get a price on the car Today, I called another Ford dealership in Canton ,Ohio. From initial call until being back home with my new car was less than five hours. The five hours included me picking up the car I was trading in from your service department and driving 2 hours there and back with my new car.
