Highly recommend! Their service center is very clean! They’re also very quick and efficient. The waiting area has plenty of seating, a TV, and coffee machine.

Unfortunately there has been zero service recovery from your dealership in dealing with an issue with our brand new vehicle. It has been in for repairs way longer than we have had it at home. Very disappointed. Attempts to contact the GM to discuss have not been successful. It’s sad that with his first major purchase our son had to learn that there are companies that only want your money and don’t care after they get it.

The staff at AutoNation Westlake are very efficient. They keep in touch in case there is something that needs to be attended to. With my Focus and now my Escape I can count on them keeping my car in great shape. Jason and the rest of the crew are what keep me and my husband coming back.

Fitting me in at the end of a workday to buy and change a tire was considerate and appreciated. I bought my leased vehicle in June when I discovered the new models do not have CD players. With Autonation Maintenance I'm hoping to get five years out of a 2017 Escape.
