Professional, friendly, service
customer service in the service department is terrible. they have had my car since October 2018. it is now June 2019. the car has been through 2 engines and bunch of parts that have failed since then also. I also recently told them my ac compressor was failing and they told me nothing was wrong. (it's already been tested by a third party service department but they cant do warranty work). I literally cant wait till the compressor goes along with the belt and it will cost ford a fortune to fix. i wont even trust them to do an... read more
