I had my for mustang 2017 serviced here couple of days back. It was my first ever time to have my new car serviced anywhere. After servicing, my car started to make sound and then I immediately drove back. They fixed the issue but took out my manual and didn’t return it back after servicing. I called them at least 10 times and they will take the call and then hang up. I also called their customer care manager and their service manager. They said they will call me back.
