Thanks to David and the service deprtment. Had to have a new key cut on the fly for my car, and they jumped up and made it happen so that I could salvage my boys' birthday trip to White Water.
I had an appointment on a Monday morning to check a problem I was having with my car. I thought it would be looked at the same day and diagnosed. My service rep, John, never called to update me. I called repeatedly Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for an update. Often I was left on hold so long I hung up. When I did finally speak to John on Wednesday, my car had not even been looked at! Your service department is awful. Our 2015 Explorer was towed to your dealership before 11 this morning (after calling at 8 am to let you know it would be arriving). The service tech didn't have the courtesy to return our call and when we just called again it took over 8 minutes before someone answered only to tell us we wouldn't hear anything until after 11 tomorrow because you're behind from the weekend. Q and Jeff were awesome!! Didn't feel rushed nor felt that salesperson stalk. They were all friendly and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a car.
