On our way from Florida to MN we got a punctured tire in Marietta, GA and this company went out of their way to get us back on the road as soon as possible! We had to spend the night in order for them to find a tire for my new car and they kept us notified and treated us like we were their best customers. Am so thankful for their help.
I called for pricing on an oil change and tire rotation. With full intention of going there, I gave my information to the lady on the phone. After getting the pricing she tried to schedule an appointment but I still needed to figure out my schedule in the coming days. She tried setting one at a time that definitely didn't work for me and told me I could just call and move it to when it suited. I have owned 7 Ford F150's and 1 Ford Explorer and between my wife and kids we have owned 14 Ford vehicles without a single issue with any of our vehicles. My latest F150 had a problem with the Vista roof window and I ran into the customer service buzzsaw here with Service Director, Renold Bridgemohan and his team of agents. Complete lack of customer service skills, empathy, care and concern for customers and deadline commitments. Run from this dealership as quickly as possible.

On our way from FL to MI we tangled with a Semi in the construction zone. Of course it was a Saturday so we would have been stuck but they found a roll of tape to tape the bumper up and the fender back on (the clips were tore off). We are home at the tape worked! Thanks guys so much! And thanks to a fantastic tape Oline Clear Sealing Tape we are home and the bumper is still on!
