I went to the service department today about a car I had for only 30 days. My transmission was giving me issue and all I ask for was for a dealership location who had a loaner car. The service agent was very rude to me and had me in tears. I went to Victor the Service Manager and informed him of my issue and I did not display any care. yes, I would recommend AutoNation Ford
I took my 2014 F150 in for a coolant leak. I was told it would be over $900 to replace 3 hoses and the coolant reservoir. After looking up my problem on the internet the fix is a $5 O ring that takes approximately 30 min to replace. I found numerous blogs referring to the exact same problem I was having and all of them the fix was the same. All said that the dealership was wanting an exorbitant amount of $ to repair with replacing unnecessary parts(such as the reservoir and hoses). Knowledgeable service department. In particular a very good service writer named Gary Baxter. Gary has great product knowledge and an honest desire to provide the customer answers and see to it that they receive great service.
This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. The Sales person really took the time to understand my needs and situation and worked very hard to help me with every step of the process. When it came to start talking numbers, this team went above an beyond the call to help me get out of a negative equity situation and left me in a better position with my new Ford F-150. I am extremely impressed with this dealership and the folks I worked with and I am super happy with my new Ford!
