My service when i take my car to the dealership
A piston broke and my engine exploded while I was driving on the highway. I was fortunate enough to be able to safely get myself to the side of the road and wait for AAA who then towed my car to this location. After over a week going back and forth with Ford about why my warranty should cover this (2013 Ford Escapes have a clear history of engine problems, look up the recall history), they finally pinned it on the place where I had my oil change, saying it was a "loose oil filter". Great Place. Nicest people. Great atmosphere
I took my car up here for a simple diagnostic that would be paid for by the company doing work on my car. The service advisor informed me as well that I had a recall on the passenger air bag. Saturday morning when I dropped the vehicle off I stressed the importance of having my vehicle back by Monday afternoon several times. Excellent customer service. I just bought a brand new car from a different dealership and unfortunately it already had an issue (it was a bumpy ride). I took it to Autonation Ford because it was much closer to home. They quickly identified the issue (flat spots in all four tires) and a solution (get new tires). They were even willing to reach out to the other dealership to see if they would be willing to ship the new tires to Autonation.
