I bought A brand new van in July for my cleaning business from this dealer. I brought it in for service last week, and today when I go check on my van all my cleaning equipment and my machines are gone! The dealer tells me it is not their responsibility! And are brushing me off. Terrible customer experience from this dealer!!! I want to be reimbursed for the equipment that you lost. And I want for my van to be fixed thoroughly! I just bought this thing.

RecommendedNever having done business with AutoNations before I was apprehensive about having my brakes worked on but my daughter-in-law recommended them so I took her advice and was glad I did. The Auto Nations manager worked hard to find a solution to my brake problem and I can drive my car now and feel safe. Thanks again Auto Nation

Wow!!! I’m still amazed by how swift and professional working with this company was. As someone who was purchasing a car on their own for the first time, I was feeling very overwhelmed until I stumbled upon a 2019 Ford Mustang on auto trader. our sales man who responded to us through Cargurus was the BEST!! We picked up our F250 drove it from Marietta, GA to Columbia, SC averaging 80mph with absolutely no problem and Mohammad made sure we had a full tank of gas to get us home. Again, Mohammed deserves SALESMAN of the Year!! Thank you AutoNation!!
Not happy with my experience. The service person(Charla)didn’t even call me and let me know my car was done and ready to be picked up she just left for the day. I kinda feel like the work I paid for wasn’t done. I’ll only go to Gary Baxter at Ford for the work. He’s very professional.

Absolutely horrible experience and under no circumstances would I ever recommend them. I bought a 2020 truck off the showroom floor that was supposed to be a brand new truck. Odometer statement and all of my finance paperwork stated it was a truck with 8 miles on it. Once out of the showroom, I get in to drive it home, it has 3200 miles on it. No sticker on the window stating it was a demo, salesman never mention it, nothing. My fault for driving it home but I was excited about my new truck so I’ll take blame for that. They ... read more
Brought my truck in for repair. I had a 730 appointment, dropped the truck off. I tried over five times to contact the shop and never got to talk to a person. Tried to contact the next day and still no contact. I just went to pick up the truck and found out it had never been looked at. No apologies just handed my keys and sent me on my way. Will never do business there again.
