The company is great when you go in there to purchase a vehicle but the minute you need to have it worked on, or need help with anything financial they can’t seem to be reached. I needed to cancel some policies and I called several times getting the same excuse that the person was busy and then I left several emails and it took about 5 days before I got any help and then I messaged again to get an update and still have no heard back!
