I was so happy to have Donovan as our rep advisor. We initially came in stressed out over our car, not knowing what was wrong. But he assured us they would figured it out! And he fulfilled that promise. He took time with us to test our battery and ask additional questions about the history of car to try to gather more info for the diagnostic.
