I believe the only thing that I was not satisfy about was for the fact that nobody explain me the status report of my car. This could be a very good opportunity to offer some other service and gain more business. I ask for more information and the lady who dispatch me just told me that everything was good but I notice somethings that I will have to take care of them soon.

Prompt and courteous, friendly staff.
The service department is horrible at returning customer phone calls. They have had a business vehicle for a week, and just now have diagnosed the problem. We have had to call for updates on the status - multiple times, one time even being asked what the vehicle was there for. They don't seem to see a problem with the vehicle being there for that long. Their response was the service guy who has our truck is out of the building at training.
