RecommendedGreg Collins in Internet Sales was terrific, start to finish. He responded promptly to my questions, had the car ready to go for my test drive (to my mechanic, who was impressed with the car’s condition, despite high miles), to the final prep before I picked it up. This is the way used car buying should be. A fair price and friendly, professional service. I will definitely return when I need another used car - they have stock in all price ranges, and a variety of makes and models.

Service staff is detached; Customer service is very poor. Brand prices are not competitive. Called yesterday to check on status of my vehicle and Collin/service advisor could not locate service ticket or my vehicle. Took my number said he would call back and never followed up with me.
Avoid this dealership like the plague, they will rip you off. They'll sell you a lemon with a bogus Extended Service Plan (ESP) that won't be honored, and then avoid your calls and email. Pathetic.
RecommendedI used to be very hesitant of headed to the dealership for any service for my new F150....however, yesterday’s experience has changed my perspective. Thank you Gary for not pressuring me and for being very courteous, respectful and for the excellent customer service. Because of Gary, you have gained another customer!!

RecommendedIt took two hrs for oil change and tire rotation and had a appointment for 12:30 did not get out till 2:30 that’s too long for minor service
