The service department has been ridiculous through the years after our 2013 Ford Focus was puchased there in 2014. The vehicle had a known transmission issue and this dealership has never had an interest in getting it fixed. Today after setting up an appointment over a week ago that was rescheduled by their service department, they told us they couldn't even look at it for a week. I bought my F-150 from this dealership back in 2011. Even though I live 30+ minutes away, I still bring my truck here for routine maintenance / repairs. I trust that my truck is in the best hands by using Ford and the dealership I bought it from. My service advisor, Ruby, is fantastic -- wouldn't want to have anyone else! They also work with a nearby Enterprise rental car location if you need to grab a rental. And, you can use their business center to do work while your vehicle is being worked on. :-)
Having taken my car to a recommended dealership a half-hour drive from my flat, I ended up getting it back after two weeks with little work done. I took my car to AutoNation Ford in Marietta and a week later, the laundry list of issues I had gone in with were all sorted. Keven Craig really helped this poor university student out. To begin with, AutoNation sold me a new vehicle with many faults as determined by many recalls two of which their service department has repaired. The most recent being the Coolant Level Sensor repaired this week, February 5, 2018, after having my car for 4 ½ days. However, not without a hassle in making the repair and of course an extreme lack of timely feedback to me. Their Service Department lacks a basic skill; Customer Service.
