I had a really great experience. I came to look at a car I had located online using AutoTrader. The internet sales manager contacted me ahead of time, I made an appointment, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. the vehicle was clean and ready to go. The salesperson allowed us a lengthy test drive and the sale was completed very quickly. No problems at all with the sale. I think it is a terrific place to buy a new car!
I've been here three times and have NEVER had a positive experience. I was told my wiper switch on my 2016 F150 was bad and needed to be replaced. When I asked the cost I was told little or nothing. Came to pick up the car and was handed a $500 invoice. I complained to the manager who said I should have checked my odometer myself before coming in because I have 39k miles and the warranty is only 36k. Just bought two vehicles for our business at AutoNation Ford in Marietta. Customer Service was great. Al Chaffer made our buying experience a breeze. They were very accommodating. We will definitely go back to AutoNation the next time we are the market for new vehicles.
Ruby's team has always taking great care of my GT Mustang and myself . Always provides transportation, of some sort from either the facility or a Rent-A-Car. I have never been inconvenience thank you, Auto Nation. And Ruby's team.
