My wife and I were shopping for the first car for our daughter. I saw a 2012 Chevy Cruze online. I called and spoke with Greg Collins about the car and set up an appointment to come in and take a look at the car. They were very professional and took great care of all the little details. Saw a truck on Autotrader that was ridiculously priced so I had to go take a look. Turns out it was a typo. Disappointed in a way but kind of expected it to be too good to be true. The price was $20k lower than sticker. They apologized and said that if I would give them a chance they would still give me a deal I couldn't refuse. 2nd time in 2 1/2 weeks to have them look at issues that we had them look at the first time. 1 person working to check people in and out at 5pm. Of course, im sure most of the cars were done esrlier in the day but everyone showed up at 5 to pick up their vehicles. I waited 30 minutes just to talk with the guy to get my car. Rediculous.
I purchased my Ford F150 as a surprise for my husband. I live in Birmingham, but my son lives in the Marietta area and I wanted him to help me out. Todd made the remote purchase of a vehicle seamless! He sent me everything I needed in a timely fashion and everything was approved so quickly. He allowed my son to pick up the truck, so I never had to drive to Atlanta. My husband is still in a bit of shock but we successfully pulled off the surprise! Thanks to Todd and everyone else who helped me out!
I purchased a 2016 Expedition from Rodney and Gregory C. Both provided excellent service. The management team was also awesome. My 90 day Service appointment has already been made for me, and I hoping to have the same great experience.
