Let me first say that I LOVE my FORD truck. Although it needed an engine rebuild essentially at 47,000 miles, its not the fault of the dealership. Now having said that, my only issue with this dealership is its lack of communication with the customer. I receive tons of auto generated e-mails, but when my truck is under evaluation for troubleshooting, and 1,2,3 days go by with out so much as a phone call returned, makes me want to take my business to another Ford dealership. I purchased my SUV there. I don't remember the salesperson's name but I do recall him not giving me much attention. A game was on. When I rated him a low score on the survey, he called me to chastise me. Really?!? Recently, I took my car in to be serviced. After two hours, I went to check on it and it was sitting there. The service woman said she had three cars to come out at the same time. I usually have great customer service here, but today the customer service was horrible. I waited 25 minutes to be greeted by one of the guys in the office. I had to go inside and I still didn't get any help. They pretended like they didn't see me! Someone finally came out to help. All I wanted was an oil change, that's it! I will not bring my car to this Ford location again.

I bought my CPO 2013 Ford Edge from here and had a few issues with it at the beginning however, the staff was very helpful in taking care of the concerns. My brother just bought a car from them and was satisfied also.
