Dear Readers, So let’s talk about my most recent visits to Auto Nation Ford Marietta. Since my last service (Which was at 22,000 Milles) my wheels were scratched. Prior to leaving, Jay (Service Guy) informed me my wheel was scratched. This was no issue, since he expressed he’d contact me to have my wheel repaired. Salesman Verely Rhooms was great on day 1. Price of my F 150 was great. However with two items needing to be added, the service department and salesman did a poor job as soon as the sale was made. Wrong part was ordered, were mislead on new part timetable. Tried to reach out to salesman to get assistance and never heard from him. Customer service was terrible. I Will think twice before I take my truck to AutoNation Ford for any service in the future.
This place is awesome if ur looking for a car or truck it's well worth the drive and the salesman Rodney Milsap is the guy that can help u get a deal done awesome guy I will buy many more vehicles from him.
Hubby found a truck online from there and it was well worth the drive! Plus very nice people and great customer service! They even detailed it and filled it up with gas before we left. Thanks Kendrick Echols and all!
Service dept on Saturdays opens at 7 but the mechanics dont come in till 8 and the driver to take you home doesn't come in till 9. I'll never come in at 7 again!! Either be open or be closed!!
Awful salesmen, finance managers and sales managers. Do not buy a car from Tyrone Tucker. He is extremely rude to customers, especially when there's an issue that needs to be addressed.
Clean bathrooms and once saw a guy with a dozen doughnuts on the floor in the stall beside me

Bought a car from autonation ford 4 days later my car broke down and my warranty is not willing to cover it. Have contacted and talked in person to autonation ford and there not willing to help me at all. Only thing they have to say is. "It was a as is car and that's what you bought a extended warranty for, we're gonna call the warranty to see if we can do something".... another dealership is charging me 1500 for the work they have done since I live far away from marietta and since my warranty denied the claim I'm stuck with... read more
