We had a perfect experience at Autonation Ford. I haven't purchased a new car in 10 years, and this was my first car since learning to drive. So buying a new car was totally daunting. The service dept. was terrible. No one offers to help you even when they walk right by you. They didn't call to let us know our car was ready, we just happened to go by and then the Manager told us that he knew they has issues and they were trying to fix them. This was the second time we had bad service at AutoNation Ford in Marietta. Won't be going back again.
