Had a recall and was able to get right in and the service advisor was fantastic
I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 3 days to discuss my warranty, that seems they either A) put into the system wrong or B) over charged me for! Everyone that we have gotten in touch with has been rude or unhelpful and keep sending us else where. So we did! We contacted Ford Corporation and they are taking over the situation. Truly wish someone would contact me because I need to travel back home in 3 days for my doctors appointment because I’m pregnant!

Be very very very cautious when dealing here. 2012 6.7 less than 100k brought in for oil change. 20 miles down the road engine comes apart. Get truck to dealership nothing more than a circus show at best. 3 month later no truck engine. Mind you engine exploded and the response was pre existing conditions. Hahahahaha ok better be glad Ford backs you. No pre existing conditions would allow a truck to drive in get a oil change and then explode.
If you have enough time then they do a great job but I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change and they didn’t rotate the tires like they were supposed too so they had to bring it back and do that. Unacceptable 2.5
