I bought a 2016 f150 on April 24th. check engine light came on the 25th, a few hours later t was "fixed". the following Tuesday the 30th the check engine light returned so I brought it back on the first. I have called everyday to have them say tey are waiting on parts and it will be tomorrow. now they are claiming Monday. to make it worse my service write has not called me once. Recommended5-2-2019 In for a factory recall, oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 F-150. Made an appointment, had several followups prior to that time. Scott DiSalvo was the service advisor. Took a little while longer than anticipated, but Scott kept me updated as I waited. I highly recommend Scott! People courteous here, nice facilities. It's easy to find fault in an automotive service facility and many post such things, but few tell of their good experience. I would recommend AutoNation Ford Marietta AND Scott DiSalvo!! Find competent service managers/personnel. Seven hours after my appointment the vehicle had not been seen and my phone calls had not been returned for two hours. Service writer lied to service manager about my instructions. This was my third bad experience with this non service dept. There will not be a fourth.
my friend and I went there, had our sales rep Greg and bought 2 new cars. it was a long but worthy process. I'm so happy with my purchase. everyone was so helpful
I brought my explorer in for the carbon monixide recall and to have my push button start fixed - Dean has the car for 7 hours- then he tells me that he can't get the car stared - so nothing has been fixed...I take my car back and tell him that I would return in the next day or so...The folowing day I go to Batteries plus and for $11.... I have a new battery on my key and problem fixed...Dean was setting me up for a diagnostic charge and who knows what else.... I will not return to Autonation ever again....
