Service takes way too long! Had a 930am appointment. Been here since 938a. Car still hasn't been brought to the back for my oil change. SMH!
AutoNation FORD was amazing. I was in Atlanta from Florida and my car wouldn't start after eating lunch. I drove to the dealership after getting a jump, knowing the next day was the 4th of July. I was panicked as I desperately needed my vehicle and knew everyone would be closed. The service guy, receptionist as well as the manager were very nice, ready and eager to help and got me back on the road fast.I was in and out within an hour. I guess I should add that this was 4:00 the day before a holiday. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
Marietta Ford is top notch. The sales and management staff are very professional, courteous and will do everything in their power to get you in the vehicle you want at the price and payment YOU want. I went to the dealership at 2:pm test drove the truck presented my figures I wanted to buy the truck at. I was driving out with my new truck at 3:15. They are an upfront pricing store. Go see Greg and Theo and Shawn for a new vehicle. I won't be buying from anyone else.
