I no longer trust them. Aside from the delay in getting parts in Hope's of resolving the backup camera issues there have been several problems:. gas gauge reports that I have 0 miles to empty when I have over half a tank of fuel. GPS has gone whacky a couple of times. Replaced both batteries about 6 months ago and last week had to have AAA out to get the truck started because batteries were dead. I scheduled an appointment on Thursday for 7:30 a.m. i got there at 7 and dropped my car off. The staff was extremely nice however the experience was not. I called a few times to check on my car. When i finally got a call back around 2:30 i was told that my car hadn’t been looked at yet. Mind you my appointment was at 7:30. I wasted a whole day and nothing was done. RecommendedJust purchased a Expedition max and Greg was awesome to work with.
Awful service center. The sales of our 2019 Expedition was great. We noticed the headlights were super dim. They were a HUGE liability and dangerous to drive at night. Took the car here and it stayed a whole day with nothing done. Kept calling Gary at the service department and didn’t get a call back. Finally got him and he said to bring it back in. Brought car back in. Still having to BEG to call us back on the status. Finally picked the car up at the end of the day. Gary states diagnostic tests were run, this was on 6/8. G... read more

Do not expect to get your car back quickly, expect being on hold waiting to talk to a representative, expect your representative and service manager to not call you back for days or ever. The service itself was fine however thankfully I did not need the car back quickly to get to work.
