Went here for a used nissan little over a year ago. Salesman I had was nice. The guy who went and grabbed the car cleaned it up was nice. The financial guy scammed me out of $3500 forcing me into an after market warranty claiming my bank required it. A year later and its finally fixed. but still won't have a use for that warranty so I lost $3500. I recently purchased an 08 Q7 for my family, which was a huge step up from the VWs we’ve owned in the past. The car needed a new thermostat and I brought it into Audi of Tacoma to be sure that in spite of the that everything else was running properly. I was blown away by the professionalism, service and friendliness by each of the Audi staff members. First time getting my new Audi serviced. I was 30 Minutes late to my appointment but they didn’t bat an eye. Even though they don’t normally shuttle on the weekends they still offered to take my 2 yr old son and I to the Poodle Dog Restaurant if we wanted some breakfast. All the staff were polite and very tolerant of my 2 yr old who was obsessed with a tricked out RS 7 that was $159,500. 😬
