Worst experience here, sales person lied to get you in to dealership and bait and switch. I wasted 2 hours, don't waste your time here, dishonest sales people!

They asked us if we had an appt. We bought a brand new A6. They had it cleaned or detailed before we took it home. When we first took it out on a sunny day the windows were so dirty and smeared inside . We paid a local detailer to clean the inside of the car again to get the window cleaned up. When we did paperwork, my husband told the guy while were sitting in his office, numerous times, that we absolutely did not want any off those extras that cost a couple of thousand dollars.
