My car was not washed & vacuumed after the 20k maintenance service. The service consultant texted me the next day to ask how is my car? I told him it was not washed. NO REPLY after that. I wasnt happy that my car wasnt washed as he told me. But i was pissed that he followed up and said nothing else when i said i wasnt happy. Why follow up ?
they take forever to fix paperwork. their management keeps dodging me and my husbands calls!

took my wife's audi a4 in with 23 different service codes and the epc light on car was running like crap. zack and his techs in the service department had my codes ran and diagnostics completed in a very timely mann e r with a service plan that was well within my budget! they had parts ordered and car running like a champ within 48 hours. they even washed it for me! my wife couldn't be happier and neither could i. any further problems and I will without hesitation be taking my car back to them for all my repair needs!
Mike Sierra gave me the best experience and one I thought I would never receive at a car dealership. He was worried about my needs and what I wanted in a car..
