RecommendedAs always, I received outstanding service. Chip makes sure my car gets what it needs and works with my schedule, no matter how wacky it gets.
Worst service department. Scheduled an oil change for 10:30am. Upon drop off they said 3 hrs. I went back 4 hrs later to pick it up and they hadn’t even started it!!! Isn’t that why I made an appointment? Wasted my whole day. Now I have to go back the next day to pick it up. More time wasted.

Had a VERY difficult and frustrating time trying to return my lease. Lots of wasted time. Even tried to charge me damage fees when I had damage protection plans.
Purchased a used Q5 12/30/18, temp plates good until 2/13/19. Went in twice, for recall work and items owed. Both times I checked if plates were in, both times I was assured I'd get a call when they arrived. Today is 2/15/19, no call or plates yet so I call and leave a message for the GM Brett. 30 minutes later I get a call from Madison that the plates and registration are in and to feel free and stop by and get them.
