Had to rush home this weekend for my last Grandmother's funeral, and they sold a Maserati out from under me, even though I offered to sign the credit paperwork and put the full downpayment on the car as a deposit until early opening on Monday when I could get back. Test drove the car, had them appraise my car, reached a consensus on a deal. The lease a place could do is hold a car for a weekend with full deposit and credit approval while I bury a loved one. Worst 3 hour oil change experience of my life. They lost my key for 45 minutes and wouldn’t tell me about it. Had to watch the manager and service rep frantically search for it. Told me it was being washed. I located the car at the end of a parking lot unwashed. They then found my key was in someone’s pocket while they were on a lunch break. I would go elsewhere for service.

Went to Larson Audi and had an appointment at 2-2:15. We waited for the car to be filled with gas, no big deal. Went on the test drive, came back to do paperwork thinking of buying the car to be told it was sold WHILE we were on our test drive. I would thinking being on a test drive gives you the upperhand and first pick at buying the car. Didn’t even have a chance to do paperwork.
Purchased a beautiful Audi A5 great car worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Started with extra charges added on that was not agreed to by the finance man. Yes I signed the paperwork but only agreed to 1 add on not 4. didn't realize it until the next day...Asked them about it and oh we include that on all of our sales. They had our trade in on the lot for sale before they even paid it off which was almost a month after the purchase and I incurred a late charge only took 2 days to cash our 10K check. I had my Q7 there for a software update and the the service advisor Zack promised that my car will be washed and cleaned, fluids topped off and a comprehensive check list. I did not receive anything except that my car got updated. The dealership did not miss to fill out the paperwork that the car was washed and vacuumed when it wasn’t! I did dropped off the loaner on a Sunday as they have preffered but did not keep their promise. They maintain an employee named Christian Boyd on staff who enjoys abusing innocent animals. He kicked in a domestic cat's head so bad that it had to have it's eye enucleated.
Audi can not figure out what’s wrong with my car it’s been happening after only owning it 2 weeks we are now over 3 years. They kept reassuring they could figure it out else I would have turned it into lemon law which it qualifies.
