Purchased a new 2017 Q7 and 3-4 weeks later I received a call saying they (Audi of Tacoma) made a mistake and I owe an additional $3,500. The financial manager never said he was sorry but did threaten me with collections if I didn't pay. He told me I should give him a credit card over the phone. Emailed the two owners with no reply. My sales guy said his manager would call me, guess what, no call. Worst CS and car buying experience I have ever had. Stay away.......
When purchasing the salesmen Dax and Alec were amazing, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. Chris in service has been nothing but accommodating to my crazy time frame on getting the car in for service (thanks Chris). I would send everyone I know to Audi of Tacoma.
Saturday parts counter guy was very knowledgeable on the older models, even for VW parts!
Overall, not pleasant. My service writer, Sarah, was great, what started as a "3 hour" coolant pump recall, turned into a 7 hour wait. I didn't leave until well into rush hour. �
