Our 2nd Audi, picked up a 2018 S5. Mike Sierra, our salesman, was low key, low pressure, did a great job. I'm a sales person myself and hate being "sold", but Mike did a good job in letting the product speak for itself a lot. Great team at Larson Audi, from the GM Kyle on down. We have two in the garage now, when my wife is ready for an upgrade from her 2017 A4, soon I'm guessing, we'll be back for her.
Many thanks to our amazing Service Consultant, Chip Lewis! Dealing with AudiUSA was more than disappointing. However, Chip stepped in and resolved our issue, in spite of AudiUSA. For that we are very appreciative!
