Had service done on my Q7 and the staff was super nice. Made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. The service department took great car of both me and my car. I met the nicest person named Aubrie. She made the whole thing a breeze. To bad I'm not looking to buy another any time soon. I plan to have my son's TT serviced there also. Thank you for being so awesome!
Everyone in the service area was extremely friendly and professional. They went out of their way to provide us with information, and informed me that my brakes which, I thought needed replacing, didn't have to replaced as of yet. We will definitely plan on taking our Audi here for future servicing.
Absolutely horrible, I called and made an appointment and secured a loner car. I show up and they state the loaner cars are for people who purchased the cars from this dealership. So their point is if you don't purchase a vehicle from them then it does not matter if you own a Audi or not. I had to miss an appointment and reserve a rental car, which at least they say they will discount off the thousands of dollars I will be spending at their dealership.
