Thanks to Chris L. in service! Got me in, fixed the car and got me on my way. The A3 drives great and the invoice was less than quoted! A big difference form the upsell at other service providers. Thanks to the Service Department for their personable and excellent customer service. A shout out especially to Aubrie, who was able to get me in for my Q5, 5k mile service appointment, with a loaner the morning I called it in. And to Ploy, that every time I walk in, she welcomes me with a big warm smile and greets me by name. Management must be doing something right. Kudos!!
Sarah and Brittany are amazing!!! They turned a horrible situation into a happy situation, by working miracles. They helped get my A4 back to normal (arguably better than normal), and navigated some tricky warranty issues for me. They have always treated me extremely well, and follow through on their commitments. Thank you so much for always taking care of me and my A4!
After buying a BRAND NEW Audi Q7 and the Audi Diesel fiasco we left MULTIPLE Voicemails over the course of MONTHS with no call back. We drove our car to Larson and handed them the keys. This got their attention but we only got excuses and no real solution to the fact that they sold us a vehicle that wasn't what they said it was. We have had the best experience with the Service Dept. here at Audi of Tacoma! The service manager Sarah is very helpful and delivered our car to us after all of the repairs were made and couldn't thank her enough for that! Kristin was very quick and helpful in helping check our car in this morning and made it the easiest process I could have asked for. I highly recommend referring anyone too them and appreciate all of the help anytime I need!
