Robert Brassfield was exceptional when he saw no one was outside to greet customers he alerted staff to the problem. He also noted my objection to pets in the waiting room as I am allergic. They are not allowed to remain in vehicles being serviced and should be left at home.

We have dealt with Magnussens for the last 11 Year’s and been very satisfied with the service and courtesy we have received on every occasion. Outstanding service! I've dealt with Auburn Toyota's service department since purchasing my car there three years ago. I've never been disappointed in their service. I'd particularly like to mention the cheerful and upbeat approach Nicole Williams displayed on my last visit. Her friendly, professional approach to the customer is typical of this dealership and the main reason I keep coming back.
