Anthony Stevens-Davis helped me at Auburn Toyota yesterday and I must say he was awesome he went above and beyond helping me get my car maintenance insurance plan information to help cover my maintenance service needs. Great customer service from Robert Brassfield. His estimate of the cost of what the work would cost was within $20.00 of actual cost. Gave me a detailed explanation and cost breakdown of future work that will have to be done in the future. Very honest and knowledgeable.
Nikki Williams is always great to work with. So upbeat and energetic and positive. Walter, the mechanic who looked at my car was very educational and straightforward. Always a great place to bring my vehicle!
RecommendedMike Norton was my service advisor. My situation was a bit of an emergency and he made it possible for me to get my car taken care of even though I didn't have a previous appointment. I am very pleased as I have been for many years with the sevice department.
I always see the same service writer, Nikki Williams. She always understands what services I want and those I don’t. She is very pleasant and fun to deal with yet always professional. Taking a vehicle in for service can be a “less than enjoyable” experience but Nikki and Auburn Toyota make it far less stressful because I can always expect a positive experience.

I am so impressed with the professionalism of the Auburn Toyota dealership. The torque converter in my 2014.5 Camry went south so I brought it immediately into the Auburn dealership. I found out that there had been issues with this part and consequently a warranty enhancement had been issued. Actually, it only covered through 2014 not 2014.5.
