Mike Norton was a very helpful service guy. He made sure I had a rental car and got my car fixed sooner than expected. I liked the way he made suggestions of parts that were going bad and since they were already in there, to have them fixed. It saved me some big money in the long run! Thank you Mike. :)

Very professional auto dealer. My initial contact, Mike Beane was tied-up so he made sure I was help by Roger Cappocchi. Roger was very detailed oriented and professional as well. When he didn’t know something, he found out. Today’s car and systems are varied and complex. I did not like the initial offer and he went to bat for me. They worked to get my deal without hassle. I would use them again gladly for my next purchase.
Auburn Toyota is a great place. My sales person, Paul, was super nice & professional. I am highly satisfied with my tacoma. Their finance [Will] & service [Mike] departments are also top notch! I absolutely recommend this dealership for Toyota lovers :)

Mike Maclane did a wonderful job helping me with my service on my RAV4. He did not try to push services on me that I didn’t want. I feel he was looking out for my best interest
