Our service tech was Ramon Mendoza and he provided excellent service.We were at Auburn Toyota to have the yearly Micro Shied that we purchased when we bought the Toyota in 2012.This is basically a a polish and shine inside and outside the car.Clean upholstery etc..We were provided with a rental car and left the car .This service takes about 8 hours to perform..Upon returning Ramon noticed a few things that needed to be done and asked if we could leave the car overnight.we agreed.Service to our car was completely to our satis... read more
Jake McCallum in the service department helped me when I had some problems with the bluetooth connection in my new Tundra. He was very helpful and had my problem resolved within a few hours. Now everything works fine.

I bought my tires at Auburn Toyota. Recently the tire light on the dash came on alerting me that a tire was losing pressure. I took my Sienna to Auburn Toyota without an appointment and Conor Egan checked my car in and had it back to me in under 40 minutes. Another instance of excellent service at Auburn Toyota. Conor also checked and cleared a potential brake issue he had been monitoring which saved me a return trip in 3000 miles to have it checked.
