I had been taking my Toyota Highlander to Roseville for service going on 7 years even though I live in Grass Valley. The other day I noticed I needed an oil change while in Auburn, even though I did not have an appointment drove into Auburn Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and attention to detail. As usual we had excellent service. We were seen by Bryan Glau, who troubleshooted our Toyota Tundra 2012 and was able to repair our vehicle in the most cost effective way. We will continue to have ALL our automotive services at AUBURN TOYOTA.
I just wanted to say how awesome Justin Clay is! He has gone above and beyond to assist me with my Scion tC. I had to take my car in for engine warranty work and was set up with a rental car. Only two weeks had gone by and something else was wrong with my car. It turns out that my alternator completely went out. Originally I had thought that it was related to the engine warranty work that was done previously. They compensated me with a rental car while they figured out what was really wrong. Ramon Mendoza, in the service department, was extremely helpful in apprising us of the options available to us for repair of our vehicle. We appreciate his courteous attention to our situation.
Buyer Beware!! Do not buy a used vehicle from Auburn Toyota. The multi inspections and vehicle checks are not done as claimed. Purchased '07 4 Runner 113K miles. Failed transmission 3 weeks after purchase. Paint peeling badly within a month. Now only 9K miles later at 12months in they tell us our brakes are bad, metal to metal, need rotors and the whole bit, outrageous quote to repair. I will not be back.
