The service department is the best. Always personable and willing to help and they don't try to upsell you things that you don't need. Nicole Williams was most helpful on the Saturday that I took our brand new Rav4 in for a Cilajet application. Even called me when the car was ready earlier than expected. The best Toyots dealer and service department in northern California.
