Michael Norton was the last advisor and he did a great job informing the customer about the service performed and kept me informed as to the end of the Toyota Service. I hope to see him next Wed when an appointment has bee set up.
We had our 2013 Avalon in for the 40,000 mile service on Friday. We called ahead and the service manager, Bryan Glau, was waiting for us. He greeted us, started the process, and it as completed in an hour and a half just as he said it would be. He was friendly and professional. It is worth driving from El Dorado Hills for this kind of service and we highly recommend Auburn Toyota. David Glau

The service dept was a 5 star. But the car rental was a pain only 1 customer in front of me and it took 25 minutes for me to get out of there. I was late to work

Wow!! What a great experience at Auburn Toyota! Robert Brassfield did a great job getting our quote ready and then working with our warranty company and saving us a ton of money! Tony Wollam did an excellent job on all the work and my car was nice & clean when I picked it up. No greasy hand prints anywhere! (& less dust from when I left it ;)
