We decided to try the Costco Auto Purchase Program and worked with Kristen Townsend for our 2015 Highlander purchase. If you want to work with someone who is very professional and respects your business, and will keep you informed all the way through the process we highly recommend Kristen. We also worked with Jeff Loberg in the Parts Dept. and that was also a pleasant experience! Way to go Auburn Toyota!
I would like to take the time to thank Michael Stewart and the staff at Auburn Toyota. I bought a 2016 Toyota Tundra last Friday, which was ordered from the factory. Mike told me it usually takes about 8 to 12 weeks for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership. My truck arrived in 6 weeks. Mike kept me up to date throughout the process via Email! I have been to Toyota for 4 air bag recalls. My air bag light is on for 2004 Toyota Corolla and they won't cover it, they want $500 to fix yet its covered under recall for Tacoma's! What a scam with all the recalls Toyota gets to pick and choose what to pay. Customer Service JUST BRUSHES YOU OFF AT AUBURN TOYOTA! I will never own another Toyota! Save your life and don't by a Toyota.
I have had great experiences with the service personnel at Magnussens Toyota in Auburn. My recent visit with Mike Norton was another pleasant experience and he was very helpful in explaining their extended maintenance plan to us. Keep up the good work.
Bought my 09 Camry from Auburn Toyota back in August of 09, I have had it serviced there from the very beginning, and had great service. I just recently had some repair work done there and they took care of it very quickly and efficiently. Well bring my car back there again for service & repair work.
