Robert Brassfield in the service department at Auburn Toyota was very professional. He was helpful and answered all my question. I took my car in for the yearly "Magnishield detail" . My Avalon looked like new inside and out. I have been a customer of Auburn Toyota for many years and have always been happy with the service people at Auburn Toyota.
Mike Norton was my service advisor. We had our 2001 Toyota 4Runner towed in, due to some the dash lights being on. He called me bright and early in the morning, told me they had the car and would call with what was wrong. He called a couple of hours later, told me the problem,,,,and we said fix it. He said it would be ready by 4 or 5pm. It was. Its nice knowing that he knew about how long it was to fix it,,,,and was right on time. I appreciated that.
Our service advisor Jake Mccallum was helpful, courteous and informative. He called the first evening and the following morning to update us on the progress and availability of our vehicle. I appreciated his professional demeanour.
Anthony Stevens was my advisor and he was AWESOME! Quick in and out. They were able to diagnose a buzzing sound under my dash in five minutes that multiple dealerships/techs have been chasing for hours! Great customer service, awesome advisors, great amenities! In great the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger...I’ll be back!
