RecommendedDidn’t try to push me or sell me anything I didn’t want. They matched a price from another dealer.
Very helpful and attentive. Mark Neumann was very good to work with. The only drawback was the time element, approx. 5 hrs. to complete the transaction. Seems a little excessive.

This place texted me about contacting them to buy a car I had for sale. I contacted them and got a different person than who texted me, this guy says oh yeah you're asking to much we wouldn't be interested. What a waste of my time and their time, the add had all the information including my asking price. They were only willing to offer me half what I was asking, very disappointed this is how they treat people. I will not be considering them for my new car purchase.
These are amazing people who do great work! Everyone is kind and courteous, they even offer a shuttle service within ten miles so when I brought my car in they took me back to work and picked me up when I got off work. Thank you for your amazing service Auburn Toyota service and parts department, and Erin. My family expresses our gratitude to you for everything you did for us today.
Third time I have taken my car in for oil change service and third time I’ve had to wait 4 hours.
