Awfull, plain awfull to work with this HOA in Las Vegas. I have had the disgusting opportunity to deal with Associa in Las Vegas. As a multi unit rental property owner, it was a nightmare trying to have their office return my emails, calls and messages for service requests from my tenants. In all fairness, I do not know any HOA in the United States of America that I can actually recommend to anyone, if you are reading this and know a decent HOA located in Vegas, please let me know?
My review is for the Associa Management Group of Houston, Texas. I don't know how Associa gets an A+ rating, as I see all of the reviews here for the Dallas group are all one star! Our HOA has used Associa/ Principal Management Group for many years. As with the other reviewers, it's the same complaint. So far 43 days to issue an estoppel and still not yet issued. Made 18 attempted to contact them and their community archives with no success. I believe the only option is to keep track of all damages caused by their delay then sue them for these damages as it violates FL statutes 720.30851 Estoppel certificates.

Where do I start? The pool has been closed two years now, the water leaks in the flower beds have been recently fixed (more like patched) since March, and the plumbers left a disaster, roofs need maintenance, landscaping is maybe twice a year, the passageways between condos are flooded every time it rains. Impossible to reach and/or to get a timely answer, disregard for issues brought fort by homeowners. And all this after paying $269 a month. What a scam!

When we moved in April 2019, we were aware of water damage to our third level loft ceiling and mold was present. We paid 5k for mold remediation. I emailed Associa May 2019 about roof leak. They were aware of previous mold issue. While I understand they pay a roofing company for maintenance, no one held roofers accountable to the third level roof. For 2.5 years it continued to leak, and now we had toxic mold, structural roof damage, and structural damage to all walls and brick down our three levels that are in need of repair... read more

Always tricky to get through to the property manager's office (tried email and phone)! Never a prompt response! I get it. We're all busy, life happens, and sometimes, it's hard to find solutions for all problems even if we try to. But this is the third time I'm made to wait for a resolution to our simple request (over two weeks). Is that reasonable?

I would give them a minus if BBB allows They Charged me twice for a resale package & also adding to it they charged me for the title company requesting them Rose B***** forced me to buy updated resale package with a gap of a month. They are difficult to catch hold of, No one calls back despite of leaving messages and number of emails Hope less company
The lack of communication is unbelievable! It takes weeks for them to get back to you. Right now I am waiting for a response from Lauren L*** about a noise complaint and it has been 3 plus weeks since the last communication. If you had a no star it would be checked.
