Horrible customer service!! ! We are dealing with this horrible company in *****, WA. We were approved for our shed from this so called HOA in 3/2020. Then we started to get letters saying how we weren't approved in 1/21. We submitted everything that was asked of us! Of course, We were told that the fees that started to add up would be taken off . Just looking at the one star rating for this company tells you everything you need to know. They manage a property located in Dumfries VA and are probably the worst at customer service I've ever seen. They pick and choose who to enforce HOA rules and retaliate with bogus or ridiculous violations if you speak up against Associa or and employee for not doing there job. Upper management is a joke. I closed on my house in Indianapolis on August 13th and Community Association Services of Indiana charged the buyer two months HOA fees at closing, which covered Sept. 1 and Oct. 1 payments. On August 20th, I started trying to contact the Association to make sure they would not debit my checking account for the Sept. HOA fees. Structural problems were found in my condo unit in Voorhees, the HOA sent Oakwood Builders out and tore out my ceiling 8 weeks ago, however they have stopped communicating with me as of August 5th. I've sent messages to the HOA, and also to the builder to find out when the repairs will resume however they have been completely unresponsive. I have no ceiling in my living room and part of my dining room, there are sagging beams in the attic area above my unit, and they stopped all communication and work? I would like to file a complaint against Abby E********. We received a notice on 08/26/2021 to repaint our mailbox. On 08/30/2021, Abby sent another letter to us for legal threat. There are only 4-5 houses on our street have their mail boxes repainted. She can't even prove that she sent the notices to the rest of the houses on the street. We are treated unfairly. I have told her that we are going to fix it and my husband can't fix it until he recovers from his surgery. Abby is trying to harass us. Her behavior is unreasonabl... read more

This is the worst property management company! The staff is rude and unprofessional, led by the very chauvinistic Palm Desert Branch President & CEO, Mark D****. I have been stalked and videotaped while sleeping by a resident in our community. When I reached out to Associa, AKA Desert Resort Management, Mark D**** chimed in. He not only accused me of "creating the problem for myself," he has refused to do anything. Beaverton - Worst management company, will not enforce CC&R rules/regulations, does not collect past HOA dues, and extremely unprofessional. They don't know how to do their jobs. Sad

Horrible system for maintenance an communication an Nothing gets done ! Brentwood Tn has a terrible set up an no one does what they get paid to do to the point the BBB has to get contacted or you get sick from their irresponsibility. One day a lawsuit will hit from their lack of doing their work professionally.

0 stars as a reputable business. I am a property owner in Valley Park Ct. HOA, in Damascus, MD. I have paid on time every year since I moved in. The rate increases, I pay, I get a notice that something is a "violation" I correct it, I feel I am a very good homeowner and take pride in my home and community. But this HOA is the worst!!!
