Associa found a way to screw up the sale of my home. I was the HOA president of my building for 2 years. The number of account errors I found on a monthly basis was criminal. The worst was when the District manager sent me an urgent email that we needed to release $30k from our reserves immediately to fund our bills. I kept a very close eye on our budget so I knew this could not be the case. The $30k release from the reserve was demanded multiple times. My rating would actually be a negative rating if it was allowed. There is absolutely no customer service, no training on resolution of issues, and I can't seem to find someone who wants to help resolve an issue. They've been double charging my HOA fees because of an error they made, told me in February it was resolved and the account was updated, and I've been double charged the last 3 months as well. When I contacted our community manager, his response was I'm double paying, not being double charged. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD ... read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. They manage my Condo. The Condo I bought 6 months ago at auction. I don't have an account number, I can't drop off payment and they haven't given me a viable way to pay. So they sent me to collections for non payment. I paid it off and payed in advance. Unfortunately I still don't have an account number. I bough the unit in November of last year, it is a few days to June. They haven't literally not told me what is going on. This is about the Brentwood, TN branch. I just closed on the sale of my Mom's home and moved her to an assisted living facility. Associa charged the closing attorney $280.80 for HOA Statement on Account and $225.00 for Legacy Account Closure Fee. That was $580.80 that my mom had to pay. I have been in the accounting business for more than 40 years and to do the above work at the max would have taken 30 minutes. never finish the job.. these people took trees out almost 2 years ago,and never finished the job.after e-mailing them,and calling them i gave up.i guess its just going to look bad.now, we have another problem,and getting these people to communicate is like pulling teeth.

I have found the CMC Management (especially at the Savoy at the Reston Town Center) to be unprofessional and self interested. Moreover, I have found that the Company itself will not take corrective action against such practices if they feel admission is against their self-interest. Instead, they get nasty while apparently trying to obscure valid complaints in order to paint a rosier picture, to include putting boiler plate responses on negative reviews stating disingenuous concern and referring one to their customer service ... read more

After this management, took our building, Dublin terrace Condominiums Denver. we thought it would be better, but it turned out worse, they do not give maintenance to the building, we pay a lot of money HOA, nothing more so that they come to do vacuum once a week. They took money from the owners of their bank account for a special assignment, without any notice from e-mails, or postal service. can one speak to social media, or the Colorado, HD offices?I have sent photos E-mail of my problem and nobody has answered me

I can identify with the other reviews that I have read. There should be an investigation on Associa. My account has been with their attorney for over a year for a missed payment which i have provided proof that it wasnt my fault that they attempted to cash my online banking check 3 months after they received it and claimed that my check was returned ( which it wasnt ) They have also stalled and are looking for all excuses to not approve my tenant so that eventually they can put a lien on my property.
