This company is just horrible. I got an email today about some old trash cans that have been outside my gate since I purchased the property in October and the community manager decides to email me today and say that I have 24 hours to remove the trash or I could face penalties. You have been picking up my trash for over 6 months and never said a thing. Now all of a sudden its an issue and its not even my trash. I am not sure how the company remains open for business. Wishing I could give lumps of coal instead of stars as coal is what has been earned, but since I am required to give a star-rating, I have to give it one star. I moved into my place in March 2016 and Associa MN in Brooklyn Park, MN has been horrible since day 1. If I could give 1 star I would.Lived in my condo(fully owned)for 24 years.Lived through several dishonest Management Companies. Cities Management is not fulfilling terms of it's contract with us. I have had many Requests For Action looked at and cancelled by Brad, who is the one supposed to be fixing the items in the RFAs. I have had to argue over fees and charges. I was being held responsible for late fees when they never got back to me about current balances. My entire community, it seems has had grievances with them. My neighbor moved and had had to pay to transfer the property ownership records then charged her the new dues for the year. They set people up for payment plans without them wanting one. They've charged for unnecessary title searches. Kept the pool fob access working while telling people the pool is closed and not to use it.

Smith took advantage of our board. We needed deck maintenance. Smith used a company THEY owned to do repairs. None of the estimates were fare and in fact were extremely high. In my case theu didnt repace suppirt bolts which made mr deck a danger to walk on. I have okeaded with my board to repace smith. This is a warning to others. They only look to to grow revenues without prooer bidding requests

So disappointed with the management company. First I received a warning letter that my trash can was left out too long - during a 10 day period when I was out of town (and no trash was put out). I called them to clarify that it wasn't my trash can that was out. No one answered the phone and no one responded to my voicemail message. There is discrimination and harassment going on at this property. My vehicle has been towed 2x since moving in with valid tags in April 2020 and I feel like I'm being scammed. I can't even park in my covered private spot I'm paying for because there are things like trash or furniture. Is this how ya'll treat people during a world epidemic with COVID-19 or just in general. Worst company ever. When I move I will NEVER again live in a neighborhood managed by this company. no one answers emails or phone calls. no one responds to protest letters. They have put a lien on my home for a billing mistake that was their fault and months later they have yet to respond a single inquiry. not only that but I am now receiving violation letters for trashcans visible with a picture on the letter that ISN'T EVEN MY HOME!!!!!!! How on EARTH does this company have an A+ rating????? Shady. not possible.

I was board member of the year. etc etc.We have always lived here since we bought 587 Springbrook North, Irvine, CA and raised our 4 sons here. A wonderful experience....until now. There seems to again be inappropriate activity going on with a few employees of PCM and Perry Law.
