We held our 3rd Annual Neighbors Night Out last night, September 10, at The Lakes at Traditions, Edmond, OK. Kayla ****** and Caitlin ******* from Neighborhood Services provided great assistance at our HOA table. They helped neighbors check contact information, passed out some footballs and other items, sold gate remotes, and offered a welcoming presence. We truly appreciate all their help.

I moved in to a brand new condo community that is managed by Associa and the landscaping is a disaster. I have called them 3 times over 3 weeks and nothing has been done. I should not have to call. This is their job to manage. There are tree shoots all over the property that are taking over and some are 2 feet high. There are 7 dead trees that I can see from my balcony. Leisure Village in Fox Lake, IL is managed by a Sharon ****** who I have found to be the most uncooperative, unprofessional and unresponsive person to deal with. My shared driveway owner put in a request to have our driveway resealed again which is damaged every winter by the Association's snow removal crew. We have complained about it but we've been told, TOUGH, that's your problem. The paperwork was submitted on July 12, 2019. I am a very unhappy owner with the community group in Virginia Beach, I purchased a unit 3 years ago which was totally rebuilt because of a fire. I had a year contract on it with anything that went wrong with it. My two bedroom walls were cracked so the contractor came out to fit it but they cracked again therefore they came back up to fix the walls. This went on for at least 3 or 4 times. Very disappointed in Associa B.C. Found them to be lacking in professionalism, effective management, property maintenance, and customer service. Would not recommend using them to manage a property or reside in an apartment/condominium complex managed by them.

Slow and no responses from the association on ongoing issues. They have not responded to my request to see financial documents and it has been over a month since i sent in the request. I called associa and asked what the service level agreement is for responding to request. They said 48 hours. It has been over 3 weeks since and no responses. Also, when I called the receptionist said that they have received more requests than expected. Don't you think that tells you something?

Terrible communication with residents. ****************** impossible to contact to get assistance. First time home buyer and will NEVER buy another condo if managed by this company.
Horrible customer service, unresponsive to major concerns. Does not work in the interest of the homeowners nor do they make sure services are rendered as required in vendore contractual agreement. Does not make homeowner whole for services not rendered but paid for.

The customer service at this HOA Property Management Compnay is terrible, they do not enforce rules quickly, accurately or even fairly. It is rare you can speak to someone on the phone who represents your community and over the last 9 years I've had to leave message after message to reach anyone with almost no follow up or assistance. They take a nice payment from you but give you no real services for it, they have such turn over you never get the same person twice so trying to get them to address anything is near impossible... read more
