They are happily collect dues. I asked them to put notification on cars that were parked on bends in the road. It is illegal to park on a bend, and it would make emergency vehicles not able to get through. The cars are blocking the school bus in the mornings, making the children late for school. We have to wait for the bus barn to send someone out to back up the bus safely, meaning our children are missing up to an hour of school. The streets in this community are public and neither the HOA or management company has jurisdiction over public streets. This homeowner has been notified and we advised her to contact the non-emergency police number to report any vehicles parked illegally. Thank you!
Getting in touch with an employee here is next to impossible. Since they took over our association in November 2019, I have left voice messages and sent emails at least a dozen times. The one email response I received said they'd look into my question with another department...that was 6 weeks ago. I've followed up 3 times since then, and crickets. The phone is never answered, always goes to voice mail and it seems like there's no way to keep anyone accountable for providing basic answers. What a joke.

Our realtor has been asking for an estoppel letter for 2 weeks. Associa says no one has the homeowner records even though they took over this association 6 weeks ago. this will skuttle our closing. if that happens, we will contact legal counsel. this is a ridiculous way to do business.

In silver spring Maryland, what I have experienced is the totally nightmare with Associa. The HOA fee increased 4 times in 1 year and 9 months, but the owner was deliberately not notified, resulting in the balance due in HOA account. When the owner's account is in arrears, instead of notifying the owner according to the policy, the Associa increases the annual budget of the collection (42.58%), inviting the collection company to conduct additional extortion from the owner. Associa = garbage. I am a recent condo owner in Las Vegas and have been fighting with the inept management of Associa since moving in...if you are considering buying property and has Associa tagged on it, don't just walk...RUN. If anyone from Associa South is monitoring, i would love to speak with anyone and attempt resolutions because it is truly to the point of comical...

I live at Sunpointe I condominiums as an owner in Lakewood Estates. The management company is Colorado Association services. Services??? They are horrible! Who did they pay off in order to get an A+ rating on BBB?? Look at all the negative reviews...some 3-4 paragraphs long. There can be no justification for this!
Worst company. Have ever dealt with. Unresponsive, uncaring, and negligent.

We had Community Group as the HOA management company for about a year and a half. We went through numerous property managers in that time. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it took an excessive amount of time to transition from the old company to Community Group. Then community violations were not kept on top of. We had multiple people provide the property manager with violations, only for them to not be sent out, even though they should have been doing property drive throughs on their own.
